Abstract

Much has been said about the conflict in Syria: bombing, foreign interventions, ISIS, attack, and so
on. However, there are several issues that have gone unnoticed. Among them, the one concerning
to Syrian women: How do women live this situation? Do they lead a daily life or is this intimately
linked with the political – war events in which their nation is immersed? In this article we will
discuss the conflicts and problems faced by Syrian women, who are forced to make a difficult
decision: leave their country or remain in it.
